SAN DIEGO COMIC CON 2023 COVERAGE HIGHLIGHTS

Well it was that time again Comic Book Fans!! The largest comic convention in Southern California made its return back to San Diego. This year, Firm400 Media officially attended San Diego Comic Con as approved media where we were able to roam within the halls of the convention center and preview the many exhibitions, vendors, cosplayers, and entertainment happenings that took place. It was literally the melting pot of all things comics, anime, collectibles, cosplayers, gaming, movies and entertainment including meet and greets with actors/actresses and industry artists.

Model / Actress Rachel Pizzolato made her appearance once again at SDCC cosplaying as the one and only Elektra Natchios as well as Miss Tomb Raider aka Lara Croft and gave us a shoutout alongside with our media team member photographer Chris Brody while capturing content!! Appreciate the love guys!!

This year, Disney gave an exclusive preview of the upcoming Star Wars Asohka Series soon to make its release on their Disney+ subscription streaming service. Asohka which stars Rosario Dawson as Asohka Tano, Disney showcased an exhibition of the props and costumes from the series. The Asohka character in the Star Wars universe happens to be a Jedi that was an apprentice of Anakin Skywalker in which actor Hayden Christensen is rumored to be making an appearance in the series. We cant wait to checkout the series!!

There was also many other exhibitions within the convention center including the Lego Brickbuster Video activation that was themed like an actual Blockbuster Video Store only to be featuring the Lego-themed showcase of popular comic book, gaming and movie characters including Marvel's Poster Child Spiderman, Sega's Sonic the Hedgehog and of course Star Wars!

The Marvels Exhibition was on display featuring costumes from the upcoming film starring actress Brie Larson. We also spotted this He-Man Masters of the Universe collectibles display!!

There was also some expensive Nintendo games including this MINT Mario Bros video game as well as Sega's Sonic the Hedgehog and other games on display!!

The amazing special effects, molds, costumes, and props created for American Cinema in Hollywood films is so eye catching especially with collectible pieces!! We stopped by ECC Elite Creature Collectibles and checked out their Hellboy 2: The Golden Army pieces and wow were they so detailed and amazing to see in person!!

It was so AWESOME to see this themed X-MEN Exhibition featuring this sneakers collaboration!!

Hasbro also made their appearance showcasing "Mirage" the Porsche 911 Carrera RS 3.8 build which is a character featured in the Transformers: Rise of the Beasts movie.

The upcoming Barbie movie from Mattel had quite a few gorgeous ladies outside of the convention center dressed up as the iconic toy figure in which actress Margot Robbie will be playing as the Barbie character in the upcoming live action film.
